NEA caucuses are internal member-only groups. Caucuses exist and operate independently of NEA and have no authority to speak for, or act on behalf of, NEA.

NCLB vs. ARTS Education
Although we've used the cartoon on our site in the past, as a new year starts it's
worth a new life and a new look. Let's pass this on to our colleagues as the
reauthorization discussions continue.
